Prior to Virginia Tech: Had a International Tennis Federation (ITF) juniors ranking of No. 150... Played in a total of five ITF singles finals at the grade four level, walking away a champion at three of the five tournaments... Won three ITF doubles tournaments at that same level... Represented Slovenia at the Winter Cup and European Championships... Participated in the 2012 European Youth Olympic Games... Crowned the Slovenia National Champion in singles and a six-time national champion in doubles.
