2014-15: Moved up to 184 pounds and posted a 13-11 record before suffering a season-ending knee injury … Picked up a decision in Tech's win over Newberry to kick off the season … Sat out the Hokie Open with a broken nose … Returned to win his bout in the dual meet against Gardner-Webb, but dropped a tough 3-2 decision to North Dakota State's No. 13 Hayden Zillmer … Lost to seventh-ranked Kenny Courts of Ohio State in the dual match … Took eighth at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational … Defeated Michigan's Domenic Abounader for his best best of the tournament … Picked up a 5-3 win over 18th-ranked Matt McCutcheon of Penn State in the dual … Rallied from a 4-1 deficit to beat James Suvak 8-6 in the finals of the Virginia Duals to help lift the Hokies to the team title … Helped propel Tech to a big dual meet win on the road at Northern Iowa with a 10-3 win over Cody Caldwell in the final match … Suffered a knee injury in a match against Duke's Jacob Kasper, having to take a injury default … Was winning the match 5-3 when the injury occurred.
