2018 indoor: Posted a time of 2:22.82 in the 800-meter run at the Camel City Invitational … Turned in a new 1,000-meter run personal best at the Liberty Kickoff with a time of 2:58.99, placing 11^th … Kicked off the season at the Keydet Invitational, posting a time of 2:18.06 in the 800-meter run to place seventh.

2017 outdoor: Ran as an unattached athlete in the 800 meters at the Hokie Twilight meet, finishing fourth.

2017 indoor: Competed in the 3,000-meter race at the Doc Hale VT Elite Meet ... Ran the 1,000 at both the Hokie Invitational and the Virginia Tech Invitational … Ran the event in a personal-best time of 3:03.03 at the Hokie Invitational.

2016 outdoor: Recorded a personal best in the 1,500 meters at the ACC Championships in 4:37.25 … Placed fifth in the 1,500 at the Radford Invite … Set a personal record in the 800 at the Bison Outdoor Classic in 2:13.83 … Was a member of the fifth place 4x800-meter relay at the Colonial Relays.
