2018 outdoor: Posted a time of 14:37.38 in the 5,000 meters at the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds ... Finished 11th at the ACC Outdoor Championships in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:22.34 ... Tallied a time of 3:49.98 in the 1,500 meters and was a part of the distance medley relay team (9:40.86) that finished fourth at the National Relay Championships … Collected a personal-best time of 14:06.72 in the 5,000 meters to place fifth at the Duke Invitational … Clocked a time of 3:51.85 in the 1,500 meters to finish eighth and was part of the distance medley relay team (10:03.74) that placed sixth at the Tennessee Relays … Ran a time of 30:33.18 in the 10,000 meters at the Raleigh Relays.

2018 indoor: Tallied a time of 8:13.42 in the 3,000 meters to finish seventh at the ACC Championships ... Also competed in the 1,500 at both the Virginia Grand Prix and the VertKlasse Meeting, notching a career-best time of 3:47.79 at the Virginia Grand Prix.

2017 indoor: Earned two top-12 finishes in the 3,000- and 5,000-meter runs at the ACC Championships, recording personal bests in both events … Ran the 1,000 at the Virginia Tech Challenge, finishing in seventh place with a personal-best time of 2:28.26 … Competed in the 5,000-meter race at the Music City Challenge, placing 11th overall with a time of 14:38.98 ...
