2018 indoor: Placed fourth in the mile with a time of 4:00.39 and won a national championship as a part of the distance medley relay team that finished first with a time of 9:30.76 at the NCAA Indoor Championships, earning first-team All-America honors twice … Placed fourth in the 800 meters with a time of 1:47.47 and ran the third leg on the 4x400-meter relay team (3:09.33) that finished third and broke the school record at the ACC Indoor Championships … Ran on the distance medley relay team that placed first with a time of 9:36.31 at the Roanoke Tune Up … Won the 800 meters at the Music City Challenge with a time of 1:49.40, and ran the first leg on the 4x400-meter relay team (3:17.97) that finished 11^th … Clocked a personal-best time of 3:59.59 in the mile to finish 6^th at the Camel City Invitational … Finished second in the 1,000 meters at the Liberty Kickoff with a personal-best time of 2:22.30 … Won the 3,000 meters at the Keydet Invitational, crossing the finish line with a personal-best time of 8:13.04.

2017 indoor: Was named the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Southeast Region Men’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Year … Placed 16th in the 800 at the NCAA Championships, earning second-team All-America honors … Won gold in the 800 meters at the ACC Championships, crossing the finish line in a school-record time of 1 minute, 46.23 seconds … Also was award first-team all-league honors in the event … Earned a second-place finish in the 600 meters at the Virginia Tech Challenge with a personal-best time of 1:18.17 – the second-best mark in the event in school history … Placed second in the mile with a time of 4:04.89 at the Music City Challenge ... Also collected a second-place finish as a member of the DMR team at that same meet, finishing in a time of 9:31.15 - the fifth-fastest time in the event in program history ... 2016 indoor: Ran the 800 meters twice with a season-best time of 1:55.83 … Opened the season at the Virginia Tech Invite with a fourth-place finish in the 3,000.

2015 outdoor: Recorded a new personal record in the 800-meter run to break the school record at the NCAA East Regional with a time of 1:48.37 ... 2014 outdoor: Claimed the national title in the 1,500 at the USATF Junior Championships with a time of 3:49.76... Won his preliminary heat in the 800-meter race at the ACC Championships with a time of 1:49.78, then went on to finish in seventh place in the finals ... Qualified for the 1,500 at the NCAA East Regional.
