John Iezzi (pronounced YET-zee) enters his first season working on a full-time basis in player personnel for the Hokies. He has served has a graduate assistant since June 2015 after working as a student recruiting assistant during his senior year at Tech.

He is responsible for Tech’s prospect database, hosting and planning official/unofficial visits, producing recruiting materials and assisting with social media efforts. 

During his time as an undergraduate, he worked as a baseball agent for Caradonna Sports and Entertainment for three years, a grassroots firm that he founded with two other individuals to assist in the representation of 11 minor league baseball players.

The Richmond, Virginia native is a graduate of Deep Run High School and earned a degree for Tech in finance in 2015.
