Q: Why did you choose Virginia Tech?

REED: “I choose Virginia Tech because I loved the community and the athletic facilities. I am also a huge football fan so I was interested in a big time football school.”

Q: What was your favorite thing about your visit?

REED: “I loved going to the ECU football game and being a part of ‘Enter Sandman’ for the first time. We also got to go on the field which was really cool.”

Q: What do you like about Coach Sung the lacrosse program?

REED: “I really enjoy the intensity Coach Sung brings to the program. He is a very constructive coach which I personally like because he lets me know what I need to do to get better.”

Q: What are some of your strengths on the field?

REED: “My overall lacrosse IQ is a big strength of mine because I’m able to see the field clearly. I also am very good at cutting from behind the net and the elbow as well.”

Q: Who is your favorite lacrosse player to watch?

REED: “My favorite lacrosse player would be Joey Sankey from UNC.”

Q: What is your most memorable lacrosse moment and why?

REED: “I loved getting to travel to Florida and play with club team at the President’s Cup. We were able to play right next to Disney World so after we finished playing we got to go straight their which was really fun.”

Q: What do you think you’ll major in and why does it interest you?

REED: “I am currently in human nutrition, foods and exercise science. I have also wanted to be involved in sports medicine because you are able to be on the field and on the sidelines with athletes.”

Q: What’s one thing you’d want Virginia Tech fans to know about you?

REED: “That I will be a Hokie forever and already consider this place my home even after being here for just a little while.”

Q: What do you like to do in your free time?

REED: “I watch a lot of Netflix. I have “The Office” on repeat.”

Q: What is your favorite class that you are enrolled in and why?

REED: “My HNFE class because we get to learn so much about the major. I really enjoy medical and nutrition stuff so I get the best of both worlds.”

Q: If you could choose any superpower what would it be and why?

REED: “I would like to shape shift into any different animal because I would be able to do pretty much anything.”
