Kendall Fuller ready for more big plays on Monday Night Football

Monday, Oct. 23

Washington at Philadelphia – 8:30 p.m.

CB Kendal Fuller and the Washington Redskins will travel to Philadelphia to face the third-ranked offense of the Eagles in a key NFC East battle. Fuller recorded the game-clinching interception in last week’s matchup against the 49ers. S DeAngelo Hall is still on the PUP list as he is rehabbing from a torn ACL suffered last season but he was one of the stars of the show at the Redskins Runway Show, a fashion show charitable event. Tech alum Torian Gray is member of the Redskins’ staff while alums Eugene Chung and Keith Gray are both on the Eagles’ staff.

Sunday, Oct. 22 games featuring Hokies

Arizona vs. L.A. Rams – 8 a.m. Twickenham Stadium - London

Head coach Bruce Arians and the Arizona Cardinals play NFC West rival L.A. Rams in London. The Cardinals are coming off a win against the Buccaneers while the Rams are coming of a win against the Jaguars. Tech Alum Nick Rapone serves as the defensive backs coach for the Cardinals’ staff. T Vinston Painter is on the Cardinals’ practice squad. FB Sam Rogers is a member of the Rams practice squad.

Tampa Bay at Buffalo Bills – 1 p.m.

QB Tyrod Taylor, TE Logan Thomas and the Buffalo Bills host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and their No. 4 ranked offense. The Bills are coming off their bye week following a week five loss to the Bengals, while the Buccaneers are coming off a loss to the Cardinals. On the season, Taylor has completed 85 of 136 passes for 910 yards with six touchdowns and two interceptions. He has also carried the ball 32 times for 121 yards averaging 3.8 yards per carry. Thomas has one catch for three yards on the season.

Carolina at Chicago – 1 p.m.

CB Kyle Fuller and the Chicago Bears host the Carolina Panthers and their fourth-ranked defense. Fuller registered six tackles and three pass deflections in last week’s OT win against the Ravens. The Panthers are coming off a loss to the Eagles. TE Bucky Hodges is a member of the Panthers practice squad.

Baltimore at Minnesota – 1 p.m.

S Chuck Clark and the Baltimore Ravens play the Minnesota Vikings at U.S. Bank Stadium. The Ravens are coming off an OT loss to the Bears while the Vikings are coming of a win against the Packers. Clark registered one tackle on the day.

Seattle at N.Y. Giants – 4:25 p.m.

S Kam Chancellor and the Seattle Seahawks play the N.Y. Giants. The Seahawks are coming off their bye week while the Giants are coming off a win versus the Broncos. Chancellor is currently fifth on the team with total tackles with 25. Former Hokies’ S Nick Sorenson serves as the secondary coach for the Seahawks.

New Orleans at Green Bay – 1 p.m.

RB Trey Edmunds and the New Orleans Saints travel to the Midwest to take on the Green Bay Packers. Edmunds had one tackle in last week’s victory against the Lions. Edmunds recorded one tackle in last week’s win. The Hokies 2016 starting quarterback Jerod Evans was signed to the Packers Practice squad this week, he is not expected to play in the matchup.

N.Y. Jets at Miami – 1 p.m.

The Miami Dolphins host AFC East rival N.Y. Jets at Hard Rock Stadium. The Dolphins scored 20 second half points to defeat the Falcons last week while the Jets are coming off a loss to the Patriots. WR Isaiah Ford is on the IR after suffering an injury during the preseason.
