2016: Finished in the top 25 of every meet during the season … Earned All-Southeast Region and All-ACC honors for the first time … Was 23rd at the NCAA regional in a time of 30:05.7 … Came in 16th-place finish at the ACC Championships in a time of 23:43.0 … Came in 20th at the Penn State National Open with a time of 25:30.0 … Was seventh at the Greater Louisville Classic with a time of 24:17.69 … Finished second at the VT Alumni Invite with a time of 24:52.00 … Came in fourth at the Hokie Invite (6K) with a time of 18:53.10.

2015: Finished 76th at the NCAA Southeast Regional meet with a time of 31:29.1 … Ran unattached in the Hokie Open and won the race with a time of 18:29.40 … Ran unattached and was 23rd at the Wake Forest Invitational with a time of 25:33.59.

2014: Competed in five meets for the Hokies... Posted personal bests in both the 8k and 10k distances... Posted a personal best at the ACC Championships with a personal best 8k time of 24:33.3... Finished in 42nd at the NCAA Regional with a personal best 10k time of 31:13.9.

2013: Competed in two meets for the Hokies... Finished in seventh place at the VT Invitational... Placed 23rd at the VT Alumni Invite.

High school: Earned 12 Letters in cross country and indoor and outdoor track at Forest Park High School … Four-time All-District selection and two-time All-Region selection in cross country …Finished fifth in the state in cross country … Won the Regional Championship in the outdoor 3200 … Finished eighth in the 3200 at the state indoor meet and fourth in the state in the 3200 at the outdoor meet.
